Note- first u will find the cache file main.7.rockstargames.gtavc rename it main.11.rockstargames.gtavc run the game if works then leave it and if doen't then change again to main.7.rockstargames. It still black scren, i press long home button and select vc it still black screen i go back to zeam launcher, kill all app, return to vice city and it still black screen i installed apk but not open yet, then i transfer to sdcard > android > obb the directory and after open the vc apk, all things like they should did and it still black screen.... Well, if you have screen that has 1440*900 as native resolution, then you could try deleting *.set file from vice city user files... it should work..
